Ever since Harry first got his owl, I have wanted to go to Hogwarts! Then again, haven’t we all? What’s not to love about this mysterious and grand castle? Shall I speak of the shifting staircases or the towering towers? The grandiose grounds or the humbling halls?

This square was designed after a chapter heading illustration (see below). I chose this design for two reasons: because it speaks to the books (where my first love of Hogwarts began) and because I just couldn’t graph the movie version of the castle (The scale! So large!).

Because this graph didn’t turn out quite how I originally intended, I have decided to make up some bonus graphs: one for each Hogwarts house.

Hogwarts Castle illustration from the novel.

You can download the PDF for the alternate Hogwarts square here!

The PDF contains graphs (with arrows!) and written instructions for the square. The square is designed to be worked from the lower right-hand corner up to the upper left-hand corner.

This is our last official alternate square for the HP CAL, but I will be posting an occasional “bonus” square (graph only!) as we continue through this CAL!

The PDF for Dobby will be released this Friday. As always, happy crafting!
